Born into a construction family, Trayd’s co-founder and CEO Anna Berger saw back office inefficiencies firsthand working in her father’s office. After seeing the impacts of siloed systems leading to errors across necessities like payroll, it was clear a verticalized construction solution was needed.

As a result, the Trayd team embarked on building the single back office operating system, with payments at the core of the product.

Co-founders Anna Berger and Cara Kessler are lifelong friends and are passionate about bringing tech innovation to this old school industry. Trayd is backed by world class investors like Bloomberg Beta and Y Combinator and the team is based in New York City.
